  • LuxeBusinessCards.ca reserves the right to reject or remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property.
  • By submitting content, you grant LuxeBusinessCards.ca a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your content solely for the purpose of completing your order.

5. Color Quality

  • We strive to reproduce colors as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to screen displays, printing processes, and materials used.
  • LuxeBusinessCards.ca is not liable for minor color variations between the digital proof and the final printed product.

6. Production Turnaround

  • Production timelines start after the final approval of artwork and payment confirmation.
  • Delays caused by errors in submitted content or late approvals are not the responsibility of LuxeBusinessCards.ca.
  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee; however, these are subject to availability.

7. Payment and Order Cancellation

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options as listed on our website at the time of checkout. Payments must be made in full before any production begins.
  • Order Review: Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders, including product specifications, quantity, and design files, before payment. Any discrepancies or errors must be corrected before confirming the order.
  • Tax and Fees: Applicable taxes and fees will be calculated and added to the final price at checkout. Customers are responsible for these charges.
  • Order Cancellation Policy:
    • Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement may be eligible for a full refund, provided production has not started.
    • After 24 Hours: If production has started, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds will not be provided.
    • LuxeBusinessCards.ca reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of our content policy or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

8. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only granted in the following scenarios:
    • The product received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the approved proof.
    • LuxeBusinessCards.ca fails to meet the agreed production timeline without prior notification.
  • Process for Requesting Refunds:
    • Customers must submit a formal refund request via email within seven (7) days of receiving their order. The request should include the order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and supporting evidence such as photographs of the product.
    • Refund requests submitted after seven (7) days will not be entertained.
  • Non-Refundable Scenarios:
    • Minor variations in color, material texture, or design alignment that fall within acceptable industry standards.
    • Errors in content or design submitted by the customer.
    • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where a partial defect or error affects only a portion of the order, a partial refund or reprint may be offered.

9. Limitation of Liability

LuxeBusinessCards.ca is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Canada.

11. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Options: LuxeBusinessCards.ca offers multiple shipping options, including standard, expedited, and priority shipping. The available methods and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination.
    • LuxeBusinessCards.ca is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Address Accuracy:
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of placing an order.
    • LuxeBusinessCards.ca is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping costs for such cases will be borne by the customer.
  • Damaged or Lost Shipments:
    • If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within three (3) business days of receiving the package. Include photographs of the damage for evaluation.
    • For lost shipments, customers must notify us within seven (7) business days from the estimated delivery date. LuxeBusinessCards.ca will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • International Shipping:
    • LuxeBusinessCards.ca ships exclusively within Canada. Any inquiries about international shipping will not be accommodated unless explicitly agreed upon.
  • Split Shipments: For orders with multiple items, LuxeBusinessCards.ca reserves the right to ship products separately based on production timelines.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

LuxeBusinessCards.ca reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
